We value fairness. Here is how we handle digital product returns.

Digital Product Nature

Since our AI Agents are digital products delivered via instant access, they are generally non-refundable. Once you have accessed the API or playground, the value has been delivered.

Valid Refund Cases

We offer a 24-hour "Technical Guarantee." You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The agent endpoint is completely unreachable (Down).
  • The agent produces 100% errors consistently.
  • The agent features do not match the listing description at all.

How to Request

To initiate a refund, email support@aiagentbase.org with your Order ID and a screenshot of the error. We process all requests within 48 business hours.
