Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our AI Agent Marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and Agent Base.

Marketplace Nature

Agent Base is a curated marketplace. We provide the infrastructure for developers to list and users to purchase access to AI capabilities. While we verify agents for basic functionality, the underlying logic is owned and operated by the respective developers.

Seller Obligations

Listing Fees: One-time activation fee ($9/$29) is mandatory for marketplace visibility.

Revenue Share: Developers retain 75% of all successful sales on the platform.

SLA: Sellers must maintain 99.9% uptime for their proxy endpoints.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of AI Agents, all sales are final. However, if an agent is proven to be non-functional within 24 hours of purchase, a full credit or refund may be issued at the discretion of the Platform.

Prohibited Use

You may not use agents for generating illegal content, deepfakes without consent, or violating any third-party API provider terms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
